g1phoneinfo Here is a heart warming /battery draining Christmas tale.  There once was a man child, who had a 3G capable device.  He lived in a village by the name of Shawnee in the glorious state of Kansas.  Said man child went to bed after checking his email on his Android device running on the EDGE network.  When he awoke from his long winters slumber and immediately checked his phone.  A little 3G symbol was there.  The end.
